''WAY better than every other property management firm I've worked with. No camparison whatsoever. Parsons Group super responsive, proactive, and overall, very professional.I have worked with another large property managment company for about 7 years. I was lied to, ignored told all sorts of nonsense, overcharges on repairs etc. I was annoyed and exhausted, make the change to the Parsons Group. The service has been 5-Star from the start... quick responses, accurate information, and proactive suggestions to repair or next steps to correct.Again, there is no camparison between the large property managment firms and the Parsons Group.
