''As an out of state owner of four units in Houtson, Texas, I was in dire need of a property manager when the first property manager disappeared, I contacted the Parsons Group in 2009 and they agreed to manage the units. They continued to manage the units thru 2017 when the market was up enough to sell all four units.The Parsons Group handled all maintenance, repairs and vetted renters as the units turned over during the next eight years and did a remarkable job I was always informed of the status of the units and was sent contractors quotes and pictures as needed. They also assisted in the sale of the units. In my opinion they did an outstanding job and I would recommend them very highly; they were always there to take care of any problem immediately and professionally.
